We are so excited to welcome you to our preschool and share these precious years with you and your child. There’s are few steps you need to take before enrolling. If you need any help, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Read Parent Handbook and Policies

Step 3
Register with Centrelink
In order to receive the childcare subsidy, you must make a claim to Centrelink. For more information click here to visit the Human Services Goverment website.
Step 4
Collect your immunisation certificate
As part of your enrolment we will need a copy of your child’s immunisation history statement to comply with ‘No Jab No Play’ legislation.

Step 5
Special documentation
Collect any special documentation we need for your child such as: asthma management plans, details on special needs, court or parenting orders.
Step 6
Check availability & register interest
Contact our Director on 5248 2522 who will assist you with the process of registering your interest in enrolling and filling out your enrolment documents.
Step 7
Offer & enrolment
Places will be offered for the following year in October. We offer places to current families first and then proceed to our waitlist. Siblings also get top priority.
Children will need to start in January; fees will be due from 28th January (or earlier if starting earlier).
If you do not wish to commence care until after this date, your child will be placed on a waiting list and we will not be able to guarantee your child’s position. Alternatively, you may choose to pay full fees from 28th January in order to secure your child’s place at the Centre.
If we have a spot we will email you an offer and ask you to accept the offer. You can then contact us to complete your child’s enrolment. At this time you will be asked to pay the deposit of $50 enrolment fee plus 2 weeks of full fees. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. If we do not have a place available we can add you to our wait list.

Step 8
Orientation & first day
Children must complete three orientation sessions before their first day. These sessions will last around 1.5 hours. You can choose to stay with your child during these sessions. Orientation sessions are free of charge. We will discuss when to start your child for their first day when they are settled and comfortable.
